Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at storefitza@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item.

Important: Do not send items back to the address on the package without first contacting us. Return instructions will be provided based on your order and location.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.



Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
• Custom or personalized products
• Health and personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once accepted) and place a new order for the item you want.



European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.



Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return (or confirmation from our fulfillment partner), we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
